CHARGERS - 12 Month Warranty

Chargers and cables have a warranty of 12 months from receipt. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers repair or replacement, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been customer damaged or shows signs of misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.

BATTERIES - 30 Day Warranty

All batteries come with a 30 day guarantee and any faults will be obvious in the first very few days of operation. Depending on usage and your vaping style the typical life expectancy can be 3-12 months. Over time, all rechargeable batteries will require more recharging in-between uses. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers repair or replacement, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. NOTE: BATTERY INFORMATION

Lithium-Ion batteries in electronic cigarettes are similar to the batteries used in everyday devices like mobile phones, toys etc and depending on usage will expire over time. 

All NUCIG batteries have gone through extensive testing and many models have a built-in protection circuit. It is vital to keep the following points in mind to ensure that you are using your batteries safely.

• Use the On/Off feature when your electronic cigarette is not in use.
• Only use the charger supplied with your product. Different batteries have different charging / current requirements.
• Never leave charging batteries unattended unless you are using a charging safety bag.
• Never submerge batteries in water or expose to extremely low or high temperatures.
• Safely dispose of batteries when they have reached their end of life (WEE Derivative).
• Always carry loose batteries safely in non-conductive containers and never with metal/metallic objects such as loose change/coins or keys.

ATOMIZERS, CLEAROMIZERS AND CARTOMIZERS - DOA Warranty

Dead on arrival. The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item in order for the warranty to be applicable. Contacting us after this allotted period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return.

E LIQUID REFILLS

Our warranty does not extend to these items. Flavour and experience are individual to each user.  For health & safety reasons, we can not offer refund or exchange on unused/opened bottles.
