I previously "asked a question" via your website regarding an issue I am facing with the Rechargeable E-Cigar, but I have not yet received a response. Then I sent an email to your support team but I did not heard back.
The problem relates to consistent charging difficulties with the e-cigar. I have tried using multiple sources including an in-car charger, a laptop USB port, and a wall plug, but the device does not appear to charge reliably.
I absolutely loves it, feel and looks like real cigar, even my friends asked me to order for them same.

First impressions are great, i have the larger one already, shame the MIDI is no longer available as that is what i wanted really.
The only thing i would say is if you need it to look real for filming purposes, you need to buy the "blunt" tobacco leaf wraps to go around them as the coating is too shiny. Also i would be happy if they came in 2/3 size "partialy smoke" size as being full size is a bit odd for my purpose, but they really do work great and will help me not smoke so many real ones for sure. :)
