Återbetalningspolicy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Step 1> To start a return, you can contact us at support@nucig.co.uk
Step 2> Once accepted, we will issue you with a RMA code and returns form
Step 3> Complete and sign the RMA form and follow the actions to make your authorised return
Step 4>Once your return has been received and accepted, we will make a refund within 5 work days

We reserve the right to reject received returns if they do not conform to our returns policies.

Items sent back to us without A RMA code and completed form will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON UK Shipping/Customs
By placing an order on this site you agree that the products are not subject to any government import restrictions in the destination country. We cannot be held responsible for customs duties, taxes, seizure, delayed shipments caused by local customs . A refund of product cost may be provided minus 15% restock fee if the product is returned in a saleable condition. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Refunds-Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nucig.co.uk.

Refunds-Non Delivery
If your goods are not delivered within 7 working days following dispatch, upon your notification we will instigate a track & trace. Where goods have not been received for 15 working days, upon your request we will action a full refund. If we apply a refund, the ownership of goods is transferred back to NUCIG LTD. If the goods are received following a refund action, you are required to notify NUCIG LTD who remains the owner of the goods.
